Since 1986, Jersey Cape Dance & Gymnastics Academy has been Cape May's trusted destination for gymnastics training that helps young athletes become confident performers. Our locally owned, family-run facility brings together four decades of teaching experience with a sprawling 7,000-square-foot gymnastics center designed to develop skills at every level.

Competition Gymnastics
Our competition program has produced national dance champions for over 25 years, with students earning spots on three national TV shows and countless talent competition awards. We provide the rigorous training, mental conditioning, and competitive experience needed to excel at regional and national levels throughout Cape May and beyond.
Intro to Acrobatics
Perfect for dancers and gymnasts looking to add dynamic tumbling skills to their abilities, our Acrobatic Arts certified instructors teach safe progressions in floor work, flexibility, and aerial techniques. This foundation opens doors to enhanced performance abilities across multiple disciplines.
Preschool Gymnastics
Little ones discover movement, coordination, and social skills through age-appropriate activities in our welcoming preschool program. We've been nurturing the youngest athletes in Cape May for decades, creating a playful environment where basic gymnastics fundamentals become an exciting adventure.
Recreation Gymnastics
Not every gymnast dreams of competition, and that's perfectly fine. Our recreational classes focus on fitness, fun, and building life skills like determination and self-confidence in a supportive, low-pressure setting that keeps kids coming back week after week.
